Martello and Mitel Renew and Extend Partnership
Martello Technologies Group Inc.Xerox announced that it has entered into an agreement to develop digital experience monitoring systems in enterprises. Modification to its commercial agreement with Mitel Networks Corporation. Martello supplies its performance analysis software to Mitel’s corporate customers and partners. This partnership was in effect for ten year.
Martello provides Mitel Performance Analytics software for customers, partners, and employees. MPA can be purchased as part of the Mitel Premium Software Assurance deal, which also includes the MiVoice Subscription or MiCloud Flex.
Martin Bitzinger, senior vice president of product management for Mitel stated that the agreement will give more customers full access to MPA’s comprehensive metrics on unified communications networks. MPA gives customers and partners valuable insights into and performance data which enable them to monitor their communications networks.

Microsoft Introduces Viva Sales
