Invoca increases its investment by $184M Martello renews his partnership with Mitel. Microsoft introduces Viva Sales.

Invoca uses automation, data and AI to integrate these digital journeys with conversations within the call centre. It allows brands to provide a pleasant experience and increase their revenue. Invoca welcomes both established and new investors to help us continue to innovate in the rapidly expanding field of conversational AI.

Invoca plans to make investments in both organic and acquired development, which will enable it to expand its product range.

InMoment purchases ReviewTrackers

InMomentA provider of services to enhance experience ReviewTrackers was acquiredOne company that monitors customers’ reviews. ReviewTrackers, a company offering review management software that allows companies to manage customers reviews across multiple websites, is called ReviewTrackers. Comprehensive solutions can give insight into customer feedback to help companies take actions.

Martello and Mitel Renew and Extend Partnership

Martello Technologies Group Inc.Xerox announced that it has entered into an agreement to develop digital experience monitoring systems in enterprises. Modification to its commercial agreement with Mitel Networks Corporation. Martello supplies its performance analysis software to Mitel’s corporate customers and partners. This partnership was in effect for ten year.

Martello provides Mitel Performance Analytics software for customers, partners, and employees. MPA can be purchased as part of the Mitel Premium Software Assurance deal, which also includes the MiVoice Subscription or MiCloud Flex.

Martin Bitzinger, senior vice president of product management for Mitel stated that the agreement will give more customers full access to MPA’s comprehensive metrics on unified communications networks. MPA gives customers and partners valuable insights into and performance data which enable them to monitor their communications networks.

Quantcast Launches Brand Advertising Solutions

Microsoft Introduces Viva Sales

Viva Sales was built using Microsoft Viva, which launched last year. It provides an integrated platform that allows employees to have seamless experiences and supports everyone on their way.
